Parade of Homes!
6/18/2022 - Join us for the Parade of Homes on June 18-26th from 1-7 pm. Higgins Homes is our featured builder with a stunning new plan at 18950 E Orchard Circle in Phase II. Phase II is now available with larger lots ranging in size from .3 to over 1/2 acre homesites. All Phase II lots offer breathtaking views of the hills surrounding Redbud Valley. School Supplies Drive!
12/28/2021 - We are continuing our school supplies drive benefitting Catoosa Public Schools throughout the month of January. Help the students and teachers of CPS start 2022 off great by providing much needed supplies. Drop off paper, pencils, crayons, pens, markers, etc at our Information Center, 19164 E Chinquapin Dr.

12/9/2021 - Bring your holiday spirit and join us for a tour of 5 gorgeous new homes in The Vale at Redbud on Sunday, December 19th from 1:00-4:00 pm. We have 4 different builders which will be represented along with refreshments! A $100 Amazon gift card drawing will be held to help with holiday shopping. Donations of school supplies will be collected to support or local public schools. See you at The Vale!

7/15/2021 - Join us for the Parade of Homes from July 17-25. Three gorgeous new homes in The Vale will be featured. Homes will be open from 1:00-7:00 pm daily. Watch out for increased traffic in the neighborhood during the Parade!

2/1/2021 - The splashpad design is being finalized and construction is beginning soon. Located at the end of Woodland Road, plans include covered picnic areas and benches for residents to enjoy the natural beauty of Redbud Valley! Estimated completion, Summer 2021.

5/20/2020 - Check out how much we have accomplished in just one year! April 2019 we had bare land and today we have 23 houses in various stages of construction. Multiple homes are sold and several more custom and spec homes are beginning. Lots are selling fast! The Vale - Featured Subdivision Parade of Homes!
4/16/2020 - We are excited to announce that The Vale will be a Featured Subdivision in the Parade of Homes coming July 18-26th. We will have 4-5 homes entered into the Parade as well as hosting a Twighlight Tour! More information coming soon!

3/12/2020 - We received such wonderful feedback from the visitors to our Home and Garden show booth. We are so grateful for everyone that stopped by to visit and view information about the beautiful homes that are now available at The Vale. We want to express our appreciation to Paul Sullins from Outdoor Solutions for helping us with the landscaping. He and his team did a wonderful job! We also congratulate our three winners of the gorgeous gift basket drawings.
Announcing the Grand Opening of our Information Center
2/13/2020 - We are pleased to announce that we will be having a Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on February 27th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for our new Information Center. The Center will provide information to the public about the available homes, builders and lots. It is a one-stop shop for up to date information about the subdivision. The developers wanted to provide a place that would communicate the quality life style that The Vale will provide. The Information Center will be open most weekends from 1:00-5:00 p.m. after February 27th. We look forward to seeing you there!

1/24/20 - We continue to see tremendous interest in The Vale. Two more builders have committed to bring quality new homes to the subdivision. We warmly welcome Kolt Systems, Inc. and MAS Construction! We look forward to seeing their new homes starting very soon! 1/4/20 - The new year is going to be an exciting time for The Vale at Redbud! Our first custom home is scheduled to close soon and we have several more homes that are nearing completion. We have multiple more homes that have footings in the ground and are ready to begin building. The weather has been beautiful this winter and homes are right on schedule. 10/23/19 - Here is a sneak peek of the progress happening at The Vale. We have several homes with roofs and our first custom home is being bricked. There are 10 homes under construction at this time and they will be ready by Spring. We have floor plans and pricing available now! Individual lots are available and you can bring your own builder.

10/7/19 - What an exciting week! Slabs are being poured and framing has begun on 9 new homes. We have several spec homes going up that will ready in the Spring! 8/31/2019 - The footings on our first house have been poured! This home is being built by Hensley Homes and is located at 19002 Valley View Drive. We have several more homes that are getting started very soon! Stop by and check out our progress!

We have broken ground! The developer, Terry McAfee, was present to celebrate the occasion. Along with the developer and builder, David Hensley, we were joined by Sheryl and Leland Chinowth!
